The following terms of trading apply to the sale and supply of products and related services at https://realreliefway.myshopify.com. The current version of trading terms always applies at the time of the order. When shopping at https://realreliefway.myshopify.com, you shop at:

Prices and payment

All prices are inclusive of VAT and delivery costs.

At https://realreliefway.myshopify.com you can pay with:

The purchase transaction with cards is made via an SSL-encrypted connection.

Real Relief only charges the money when the item is shipped.

Order receipt and shipment

When you receive an email from us confirming your order, make sure that it matches your order and that your contact information is correct. If you find errors in the order confirmation or, if you have changes to your order, please contact Real Relief immediately at info@realreliefway.com.

Delivery takes place with DAO, GLS, Post Nord or Best Transport. We send the order no later than 1 business day after ordering.

If your order is urgent, please write it in the order form. We deliver in Denmark and we send to the address you have requested with the order.


We only supply in Denmark so far. Delivery fees are as follows:

NB: If you use PostNord's Recipient Flex or GLS's FlexDeliveryService it is at your own risk. With the 2 delivery services you can choose to have your package placed at a specific location at the address. Real Relief does not replace your package if it is delivered that way and then disappeared.

Check the goods at reception

When you receive your goods, please check that the package is undamaged. Otherwise, contact Real Relief by emailing info@realreliefway.com or call 7556 1650.


Reservations are made for any errors, price changes and sold or discontinued products at any order. We always try to update our inventory status on an ongoing basis, but sometimes errors occur. If you unfortunately choose a product that is out of stock or expired, we will always contact you by phone or mail. Post delays: PostNord and GLS state that their delivery service applies with 97% security. Delays can thus occur in rare cases. 


The Purchase Act's defect rules can apply to goods purchases. When you shop at https://realreliefway.myshopify.com, you have a 24-month warranty. This means that you can either get the goods exchanged, the money back or the price declined, depending on the specific situation. This is conditional upon the complaint being justified, and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior You must advertise within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the item. The complaint will always be timely if advertised within two months after the defect is discovered. When you want to advertise a product, you must follow our return procedure - see "Cancellation of purchase". When you return the item, please include a description of the error. Remember to state the order number. Please contact Real Relief at info@realreliefway.com before returning. Real Relief contacts you by mail when the item that is a complaint is received. The mail will also contain a description of the further progress of the complaint. Note! We do not receive packages sent by demand or the like. Remember that the item must always be returned in proper packaging. 

Cancellation of purchase

According to the Consumer Contracts Act, you have 14 days of cancellation right when you shop at https://realreliefway.myshopify.com The right of withdrawal runs from the day you received your item. If you wish to make use of your right of cancellation, you must notify us before the expiry of the 14-day cancellation period.


You will only be liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature of the product, its properties and the manner in which it operates. In other words, you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. If the item is tested in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase you will only receive part or nothing of the purchase amount, depending on the merchandise's commercial value. In order to receive the entire purchase amount, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You must test the item, but do not use it. It is sufficient that before the deadline, you have surrendered the return goods to the postal service or another company that has undertaken shipment to Real Relief. If you regret your purchase, the purchase price will be refunded to you by a refund on your used debit card or by transfer to your bank account at no cost to you. In case of an impairment that you are liable for, this purchase amount is deducted. We will refund the amount within 14 days from the date on which we have received notice of your decision to cancel the agreement, provided we have received the goods returned or documentation for return. We may withhold the refund until we have returned the goods, unless you have previously submitted documentation to have returned it. Real Relief does not receive packages sent per. COD. 


In order for you to enter into an online agreement with Real Relief, you must register with the following personal information: NameAddressPhone numberEmail addressReal Relief records your personal data for the purpose of delivering the product to you. The personal information is registered with Real Relief. The information is stored for two years, after which they are deleted.
